IDEBRA UNITS CARRY OUT INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP CIRCUITS IN THE SOUTHEAST REGION

Since its foundation in 2005, the Institute of Development Hope Brazil has had the institutional support of the French multinational company ID Logistics, renowned in logistics operations.

The company has accompanied and assisted the Institute since its foundation, providing connections between its employees and students, and developing various activities throughout the school year. During the second half of 2022, the educational milestone was the circuit of practical workshops focused on the professional development of young people in the Logistics area.

With the main objective of creating a knowledge base based on the practice and experience of a professional who works in the area, the action introduced students to problem-solving in a production chain.

The workshop took place at all IDEBRA’s units, bringing together around eighty students and employees throughout October. The activity, taught by ID Logistics’s collaborator Alexandre Negrão, focused on the presentation of the logistics process playfully and interactively, contextualizing the interaction between the processes from reception to dispatch, and providing topics such as the elimination of waste, bottlenecks, restrictions, and disruptions in the logistics process.

The units received Negrão on 10/03 (Monday) in São Paulo/SP, 10/18 (Tuesday) in Duque de Caxias/RJ, 10/25 (Tuesday) in Sete Lagoas/MG, and 26/10 (Wednesday) in Extrema/MG.

The circuit is a recurring action in the Institute’s units that receive the practical activity for the second time. Its last edition took place between March and June of this year, bringing together participants from Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Extrema.

IDEBRA is a Civil Society Organization focused on training Brazilian youth since 2005, based in Duque de Caxias/RJ.
