This Wednesday (15), IDEBRA had the opportunity to participate in the 1st Meeting of the Legislative and Human Resources Representatives of Extrema (Minas Gerais) to present their capacitation and inclusion of young people in the job market program.
City councilors, HR representatives of ten different companies in the region, and representatives of groups dedicated to social actions attended the event. Among related topics about the companies’ challenges in the municipality, the need to create a capacitating program that involves the public and private sectors emerged.
The demand agrees with IDEBRA’s work in the region and reinforces engagement in favor of new classes in 2022. We hope that the companies redirect their gaze to social activities and can increasingly contribute to the talented youth training that wants to change their life through education.
