Free courses for young people from Baixada Fluminense

The Institute of Development Hope Brazil (IDEBRA) starts the second semester on the right foot, opening classes in the logistics area for its second teaching cycle in 2022. The objective is to train young people so that they can conquer a place in the job market.

The initiative, scheduled for September 13th, will have meetings from Tuesday to Friday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The classes, sponsored by ID Logistics, will be taught by professors hired by the National Service for Commercial Learning (SENAC) and held at the Institute’s headquarters located in the municipality of Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro. Enrollments are carried out exclusively through the form available.

The training includes three courses: Logistics Training, Employability and Labor Market, and Excel. The total course load is 106 hours and the certification will be issued by SENAC.

The course on Logistics Processes for Storage and Movement of Materials has a workload of 42 hours and presents students with a systemic view of logistics operations, including a selection of procedures and elaboration of flows in the processes of storage as well as material handling.

Employability and the Labor Market have a workload of 40 hours and consist of a sociocultural program for young people and adults, residents of low-income communities, aimed at developing a vision of the future, and personal skills that provide a better insertion into society and the job market.

To complement this, training in Basic Excel was included, with a workload of 24 hours, aimed at creating professional spreadsheets using the main resources of Microsoft Excel.
