INAUGURATION OF CLASS IN DUQUE DE CAXIAS/RJ

Students and staff praise the new teaching cycle.

In 2022’s second semester, the Institute of Development Hope Brazil (IDEBRA) starts another opportunity for professional training in logistics. The inaugural class was marked by a fraternization event attended by IDEBRA’s team as well as the region’s population.

The training, which has twenty-five young adults, started on Tuesday (13th) and is scheduled to end on November 17th, 2022. With a focus on training those who work informally and those who need improvement or wish to change their area of activity. Classes will take place from Tuesday to Friday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, at the Institute’s headquarters, in Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro.

Sponsored by ID Logistics and provided by SENAC – National Service for Commercial Learning, training is divided into Logistics Processes for Storage and Material Handling, with a workload of forty-two hours; Employability and Labor Market, with forty hours; and Basic Excel, with twenty-four hours, with certification issued by SENAC. The course has a total workload of hundred-and-six hours, divided into thirty-six meetings.

The age of those assisted varies between seventeen and thirty-four years. The class is made up of fifteen women and twelve men. Thirty-eight applications were received, and all were invited to participate in the selection process. Twenty-five were chosen to compose the class, leaving two candidates on the waiting list, in case there is any dropout in the first week.

IDEBRA is a Civil Society Organization focused on training the Brazilian youth since 2005, based in Duque de Caxias/RJ
