GET INTO THE RHYTHM: IDEBRA OPENS REGISTRATION FOR DANCE CLASSES

Promoting culture and encouraging people of all ages, genders, and origins to express themselves through art is one of the main bases of the Institute of Development Hope Brazil (IDEBRA). In this spirit, Idebra opens registration for dance workshops for young people and adults at the beginning of another school year.

In addition to the physical benefits, dancing is also known to help reduce stress, improve self-esteem and self-confidence, and promote social interaction and community connection. For this reason, the Rhythm Workshop initiative has been taking place since 2017, at IDEBRA’s headquarters in Duque de Caxias/RJ. Aimed at women between thirty and sixty years old, the activity aims to contribute to physical health and strengthen participants’ self-esteem through physical activities, lectures, workshops, and celebrations.

The Urban Dance Workshops are another modality that the unit offers, taught by the CONDANÇA team. The activity contributes to physical and emotional health and provides well-being to its students. The unit offers Urban Dance Workshop classes for children and teenagers. The Rhythm Workshop is aimed at an adult audience.

Striving for better development in the community where IDEBRA is located, dance courses help young people in developing important social skills, such as cooperation, teamwork, and communication. During dance classes, students are encouraged to interact with and support each other, which contributes to the development of healthy social relationships.

If you want to take advantage of these benefits or know someone who would like to try dancing, IDEBRA’s workshops are an excellent option. With fun classes and knowledgeable instructors, young people can develop physical, emotional, and social skills as they learn to dance the most popular urban dance styles.

Don’t miss the opportunity to experience this art form! Enroll now in dance workshops and discover how this activity can change your life.
