The Logistics Technical Assistant Course – Hybrid has a total workload of four hundred hours and is organized to provide participants with both theoretical subsidies and practical application of the fundamentals of the Logistics area. The teaching model adopted will be hybrid, combining three days of face-to-face classes and two days of remote classes, offering students a flexible and interactive experience.
Training is made up of two distinct modules: the Basic Module, lasting six weeks and a total workload of 120 hours, and the Specific Module, lasting fourteen weeks, and a total workload of 280 hours.
In addition, the course addresses an Ethics and Citizenship Module, to strengthen the personal and professional training of the participants and emphasize the understanding of the concepts like ethics and morals in the context of citizenship, both in the corporate environment and outside it.

The Professional Initiation Course in Administrative Assistant has a workload of 80 hours, and its main objective is to develop skills for assisting in work related to the organizations’ administrative areas.
In addition to the core training, the course features the Communication and Feedback Module, lasting twelve hours, designed to enhance students’ interpersonal communication skills and provide effective techniques for giving and receiving feedback constructively.
And Ethics and Citizenship, with a workload of eight hours, focused on strengthening the personal and professional training of the participants, providing an in-depth understanding of the concepts of ethics and morals in the context of citizenship, both inside and outside organizations.

The Professional Initiation course in Logistics Operations introduces the job market, covering basic concepts of logistics, storage procedures, purchasing management, inventory, and transport management. With a total workload of one hundred hours, participants will have the opportunity to acquire essential skills to work efficiently in this sector.
In addition to the specific logistics module, the course also includes complementary training, such as the Oratory Module, aimed at developing assertive communication, which seeks to build the student’s self-confidence, essential for professional success.
Another important module is Excel, which offers training aimed to introduce and improve professional tools using the main resources of Microsoft Excel, a skill valued in the corporate environment.
